Farm shop developments at WHF....hard to believe we will have a shop AND butcher by the end of May. Can everyone cross their fingers and toes!?!- Further to my last post, we are also open to any young budding butchers out there looking for an apprenticeship with an excellent, 3rd generation family business. Building the butchers...it's finally started!!- We love Nortons Dairy, fresh, local, delicious produce and the best example of a family farm! ;-)

Over the winter we plan to convert our derelict farm buildings; we're thinking the 'butcher, the baker and the candlestick maker!'
