I love that bone broth gets so much airtime these days. My mother and grandmother always had a stock pot on the go for sauces, risottos, the freezer and of course gravy for the dogs! 🐶
Nothing beats boiling up the weekend beef bones to form a light soup today's was with added ginger, coriander, soya sauce, red peppers and spring onions. Very quick to prepare and highly nutritious.
