Reading this week of the dairy farmers throwing away litres of milk because their normal coffee chains, airlines and outlets are frozen is beyond tragic. On a smaller scale, the hundreds of litres we normally use in our cafe have been bought by our amazing customers, in our picknpack service. It makes me so happy to know that our local dairy has carried on as 'normal' and these cows know no different in this extraordinary climate.
